PTO Event Pack reads the notes a volunteer chair sends about a school event. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your notes and the finished pack are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the files; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish or describe your event, school or group anywhere; never share your notes or your pack with any business, sponsor or anyone else; never contact a sponsor or a school on your behalf; never reuse a line of your pack in another group's; never sell or share your details; and never claim any right in the words. The pack is yours before and after. Any name of a child in your notes is removed from our copy on delivery.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it and nothing follows you to another site.
